Traits

On the basic personality assessment I scored the highest in conscientiousness which is defined as "someone who is responsible, dependable, persistent, and achievement oriented." I feel that so far these characteristics have been reflected in my contributions to our project. I am the group member who is responsible for collecting and compiling the Milestone's from the group and ensuring they are submitted on time. I feel my personality traits have helped us to submit all our Milestones on time with everyone making a contribution. The fact that the team trusts me to do this very important aspect of our group project is a reflection of my score on the "Do Others See Me as Trustworthy" assessment on which I scored very high.
Another way my personality has helped this project is my dedication and persistence to overcome obstacles to make this project successful. When we thought we may not be able to hold a book drive on campus I helped our group make other connections and come up with ways we could raise books/funds which were not in our original plan. I think my passion for this project is a reflection of my high score on the Engagement Assessment. I am very excited for the opportunity to help With Wings and a Halo become more successful.
