Perceptions and decision making

I think that decision making has played a major role in our group project so far. Everyone in our group has at one point had to make an important decision that has helped our project get to the point that it is at today. If we all lacked decision making skills we would be nowhere near as far along as we are and would be much more worried about finishing up everything on time, and the project would definitely struggle because of that. I also think perceptions are important because as a group member you have to think about how other members would perceive decisions that you make regarding the project as a whole. You don't want to make a decision that would upset other group members in any way, so you have to think about what would be a logical way of going about things while also keeping the other members of your group in mind.
