Personalities

What i found out in my basic personality test for my self assessments is that my highest one was agreeableness. I believe that is a huge part of teamwork and has helped are group along. We have had to come to compromises on what parts of the projects we are going to contribute to. There have also been parts of the projects where we have worked on it in smaller groups of two or three where we have had to agree on how was the best way to finish are tasks we needed to complete.
