Motivation

My motivation has played a positive role in our group project by keeping everyone focused on our goals in order to accomplish what we set out to do in this project, make a difference. I have have had a high level of intensity in this project so far and have directed it toward making the project successful by ensuring we meet our deadlines and we stick to our overall project plan.

I think persistence has played a big role in our project as well because it takes time to involve others in the project and share our message. One example of persistence in our project is getting permission to hold the information booth in the hallway in the Union. We ran into obstacles when we were told we couldn't do it because we were not holding it in conjunction with a student organization. We persevered and through persistence found a way to get support from a student organization hold our information booth.
